Throughout my 28 years in the legal profession (8 years as an attorney and 20 years as a legal assistant and law clerk) I have worked on a wide range of matters, including family law, estates and trusts, business and corporate, real estate, employment and personal injury. This broad range of experience provides a solid base of understanding for your legal matters. Additionally, I enjoy the challenge of complex cases and will work to help all parties reach an informed decision.
I am happy to call Minnesota my home and have lived here for 23 years, taking many opportunities to volunteer in the community. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation. Closer to home, I frequently offer estate planning classes through Northfield Community Education and the Northfield Senior Citizens’ Center.
One of my proudest achievements was being selected from over 6,000 attorneys in the state to be named as an “up and coming lawyer” by Minnesota Lawyer in 2005. I am a partner at the Law Office of Hvistendahl, Moersch & Dorsey, located in the unique building near the waterfall on the west side of the Cannon River.
