Karen has been involved in the people business through her work in Social Services for over 28 years, working directly with individuals, couples, and court systems.  She is a lifelong athlete and enjoys playing golf and running.  She has two grown children and two grandchildren.  Her introduction to Therapeutic Coaching® in 2004 and to Mediation in 2008 are a natural progression in her life process and she's excited for the opportunity to share her knowledge and bring joy and resolution into the lives of others.  Activities and Societies:  Member of Minn.
